About TES

TES entertains its skilled and ambitious members with a wide range of exciting events and competitions throughout the year. Our "Dragons' Den" Competition, previous winner of Trinity's "Best Event", gives students the chance to pitch their ideas in the hope of winning thousands in cash prizes. Over the past 3 years, TES have given away over €10,000 to students in prize funding.

In 2011 TES launches Trinity Enterprise Week, bringing you a week packed full of top speakers and workshops - from fully fledged entrepreneurs to advice for aspiring students. Our Speakers Series, TES Talks, brings you up close and personal with some of the biggest names in business - previous speakers include Dermot Mannion and Eddie Hobbs.

TATA Apprentice 2012

 
Trinity Entrepreneurial Society are on the hunt for the TATA Apprentice 2012.

We’re looking for Trinity’s most innovative, entrepreneurial and skilled students who are ready to take on a challenge. The TATA apprentice will be rewarded with a paid internship in London with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) alongside a cash prize.

Candidates will have to show that they have what it takes to be crowned TATA Apprentice 2012.

The Challenge
Candidates will be put to their paces across 2 days taking on 4 main challenges:
-Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and, with a tight 3 hour deadline in place, raise as much as possible for charity.
- Take on a case study and test your problem solving ability
- Show sales skills; make a group presentation to TCS.
- Face an individual Interview - an opportunity to tell TCS what sets you apart

Prizes:
TCS up to 3 internships to award -
Top Prize: Paid Internship with Tata Consultancy Services London
+ €400 cash prize
2nd Prize: Paid Internship with Tata Consultancy Services London
+ €250 cash prize
3rd Prize: Paid Internship with Tata Consultancy Services London
+ €200 cash prize

Requirements
